hello! if it's going on intermittently, it's likely to be a network issue - you can try running this script : https://github.com/stripe/stripe-reachability on your server where you're running when you get the timeout error to see if there's any issue along one of the hops

Some requests are successfully sent to stripe API and I can also see in the API logs in dashboard, so I think server is able to reach stripe. I just wanted to check others are also having issue.
