To me it looks like a customer object was created via the API, then StripeJS was loaded and the customer added their payment method and somehow in the meantime the object was deleted again. But the logs don't show anything about this either.

Looks like it was deleted as part of a migration process to Stripe

Ah, then these are the ones that the migration team had deleted... just wonder why then on the Customer ID with us was tried to create an Intent... hm...
