i see. Hhhhmmmmm would you advise/recommend to configure them via stripe account for the invoices? OR have them updated when the invoice is still in draft?

You can either update them before they're finalised, or you can revise the invoice post-finalisation: https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/invoice-edits
