Hello! Can you be more specific? I though Stripe issuing cards don't hold balance?

Right now there's no support for this - there's no concept of "balance" on Striped issued cards. The closest would be you implement spending_controls and you keep track of how much was spent on your end yourself

This is all something you'd have to build yourself - there's multiple different ways of building this, but the general idea is that you'd listen to webhook events to know when the card was used to pay for something and then modify the remaining balance in your own databases each time you get those events

Treasury could work - but it is fairly limited in the countries it's available in
