Hello! How can I help?

wheat dawn
#

Hi

#

Is it possible to voice chat?

#

cause i feel like this is a lot to type

#

I can type this out if I need to tho

brave horizon
#

Yeah typing would be for the best (we don't offer voice chat here)

wheat dawn
#

ok

#

so

#

For some weird reason I have 2 payment options under my stripe account

#

I want to get rid of one

#

but it wont let me

#

I got paid thru kick thru my RBC account. Which went thru properly

brave horizon
#

Can you show me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

wheat dawn
#

But for some reason when I got a routing number from my bank (RBC) and added my account number and saved it. It came up as CHASE bank which I do not have

#

I can

#

one sec

#

The top one. Is the right account. I want to get rid of the bottom one because I talked to kick and according to stripe. It is already delivered and it worries me that I wont get this payment from kick. Again. They sent it correctly to the top account

#

But for THIS months payment it got sent to the bottom one

#

Anddddd I'm looking at my bank account and I'm not seeing anything

brave horizon
#

(deleted that screenshot since it has your personal details in it)

wheat dawn
#

Thank you

brave horizon
#

I believe you're seeing this because you actually have two different connect accounts - one that was created on 4/13 and one that was created on 3/23

#

You need to be talking to Kick Streaming (which is the platform) to make sure you can consolidate back down to one account/check why you have two in teh first place

wheat dawn
#

ok is it possible to have you guys remove one tho?

#

I remember what happened

#

I do remember being asked to re input info

#

I cannot imagine why this routing number would be given to me from my bank RBC

#

when Ive been told its a CHASE

#

What is insanely frustrating

#

Is I have been talking to kick thru email

#

and I mentioned the accounts

#

I'm immediately sent a link from their support to my stripe dashboard

brave horizon
#

Kick should really be the one to be deleting the additional account - you can try with our support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) team to see if they have any internal ways of handling this

#

But I'd be really clear with kick that you explicitly want to delete one of the two accounts that you have with them

wheat dawn
#

But its on stripe? I thought you guys handle this?

#

This is extremely frustating cause im getting sent back and fourth between both kick/stripe now

brave horizon
#

Yes your account is on stripe, but it was created on behalf of Kick, which is the one "managing" this account since it's connected to their platform

wheat dawn
#

sorry its just been a long day of trying to figure this out

#

i dont mean to come off as aggressive

brave horizon
#

No worries - I understand it's not great being passed around through the different support channels

wheat dawn
#

So the link you just gave me

#

I should go thru here like this? Cause it says the payment went thru to this kick account here

#

Should I put it under payouts? Refunds?

#

under the "What do you need help with" tab

brave horizon
#

I think Payouts should be find - and I'd just put clear details there that you want this account to be deleted/closed

wheat dawn
#

Ok I sent the email out

#

Hope to hear back about it

#

It worries me

#

because thru stripe it says the money was already delivered? (to the one with the chase account) when I dont even have a chase account. I'm worried I just lost out on $800

brave horizon
#

If this is fraud/a bad payout then the folks at support should also be able to help you clear that up

wheat dawn
#

And thats the same link you gave me right

#

So within this email chain I should be able to figure this out?

#

When they get back to me?]

#

Because it might be a bad payout situation then

brave horizon
#

Yup!

wheat dawn
#

Karbi

#

Thank you so much for the help

#

youve been great

brave horizon
#

happy to help! And sorry again that this hasn't been a great experience 😦
