This looks like an Inidan Card. Did you check with the Customer to see with thier bank about this ?
Yeah it is, but I'm not sure why that'd make much difference? We haven't spoken to the customer
But after more than a year, the payment can't possibly complete right?
We're trying to void an associated invoice (in_1Kt62VDAfGskkGiUpeSj1IE5) but currently can't due to the payment being stuck
We'd like the payment to just be failed/stopped
You can try cancelling the PaymentIntent: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/cancel
You can't cancel payment intents that are in the "processing" step
I think we'll need someone on stripe's side to unstick it
ah actually it's also not possible to do because it's from an invoice
