Oh sorry, please disregard the previous answer. Yes it looks like Transfer only has 2 state: created and reversed. Do you have an example failed Transfer you want us to look into?

I don't but I want to make sure I'm using the correct method. I just want to drop funds from a Platform balance to a connected account balance - not directly to their bank. Can you confirm that would be a transfer?

And not a Payout.

That would be a Transfer yes. You can test out everything on Test mode btw
