There may be a catch with what I did... maybe the problem is that in this case I didn't use the stripe elements IBAN field and I just used an input field? So it's not PCI compliant? Or that's not the case?
I didn't use the stripe elements field cause I'm no local environment (not localhost) and couldn't use it because of HTTP
