Ah, so even though I have the setting turned on that stops connected accounts from managing their own payment methods, and even though I've turned Klarna on via their payment methods tab, that isn't enough? Sorry, I may have misunderstood a step somewhere!

you're doing a Direct Charge which means the connected account is the merchant processing the payment

so they need to have an active Klarna 'onboarding' on their account; as the platform you can check the Capabilities API to see if they have one
