which are more about moving into Stripe from another processor, but the ideas are the same for the most part.

Thanks, I've seen them but there's one thing that I can't figure out.

If I have a monthly subscription say from 15 May to 15 June, and I'm doing the migration today (1 June) how should I recreate it?

1. Can I backdate it creating the subscription with an start date of 15 May?

2. Should I create the subscription starting the next cycle (16 June) onwards?

3. Should I create a scheduled subscription with two phases, one from 1 June to 15 June, and another from 16 June onwards?

that scenario is directly addressed by https://stripe.com/docs/account/data-migrations/pan-import#work-with-subscriptions I believe

there's multiple ways to set it up, best option is to do some tests in test mode
