Well you'd look for the logs of the API request that created it and use the same parameters

That ID is a Standard account, and you created it from a Stripe platform account called "Central".

i see.. may i then ask, how did i create central? i mean it might be my misunderstanding, but i'm trying to recreate "Central" from my "Avexsoft" live account and just can't seem to reproduce it

"Central", like acct_1NE20WGfa1HCJBJn has this special characteristic of being only TEST + having the "Connect" tab
