It's an invoice.paid event, so you need to expand the subscription and subcription items in order to view their metadata

i see no difference in the request i've sent
and in the response i got while creating schedules also same
but in the invoice paid only i see difference
till yesterday i was getting subscription item in lines object
but today only im getting invoice item instead of subscription item
