What type of charge flow are you using? Direct Charges, Destination Charges or Separate Charges and Transfers? Can you share an example payment intent ID (pi_xxx)?

Yup sure! It sounds like you're making a Separate Charges and Transfers

#

If you use Separate Charges and Transfers, then the fee will be deducted from the platform as explained here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers#collecting-fees

#

If you wish to have fees deducted from the connected account, then Direct Charges should be used instead: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/direct-charges#flow-of-funds-with-fees

Please note that Separate Charges and Transfers is only recommended on Express and Custom connected account whereas Direct Charges is for Standard connected account
