Hey apologies for the delay. Still thinking on what you can do here but you have a couple of options.
One idea that comes to mind is maybe you can pause the subscription or have a trial for those 2-3 days and reset the subscription's cycle when reactivating the subscription
Or you could give the users credit or a coupon for those 2-3 days to reduce the amount they are paying that month by the amount of time they couldn't access their subscription
