Oh I got it I think.
So if I create a 0€ payment, I will be able to save the customer card and then I will be able to create a manual capture PaymentIntent.
That's it ?

That's a different flow where you would want to use a SetupIntent to collect payment method details: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-and-reuse

I have another question. I know that if I create a manual payment on a card, I have 7 days to capture the funds. Can I reactivate ca cancelled payment or do I have to create another one ?
