Oh, so I purchased something from someone who uses stripe. Around the same time. Unfortunately, there was fraud happening with all my credit cards. So in the mist of calling in the fraud and disputing the unknown charges, I mistakenly dispute my friends charges that uses stripe. I called my bank back in with withdrew the claim and corrected the status and said it was not fraud, but a malfunction with stripe that charged me multiple times from his website. And to just refund one of those charges. So I asked my bank to correct that fraud dispute to a “double charge” claim and to contact stripe and clear my friends account because his accounts are frozen right now and he can’t do any business and he’s been charged for my mistake he said that there are fees he’s being charged for fraudulent activity. Can this be corrected? I feel horrible and I want to correct everything. My friend had nothing to do with my mistake it be suffering for it. I just want account back to normal and not penalized. I have documentation for proof
