which should be the approach here if anyone introduce wrong info during the KYC process
I don't believe they can change it, no. I think you'd just have to create a new Express account for them.
ok understood... just one extra question then, it is possible to customize the wording we shoudl them during the KYC
our issue is that they dont have clear waht business type set... and it is causing a lot issue as they introduce wrong info
you can prefill things yourself to help avoid confusion
for example it's often useful to pass information to https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create#create_account-business_profile directly as it's often the same for all your Express accounts and then they don't have to figure out what URL or product description to enter in the onboarding process as it's prefilled for them if you pass it
the issue is that they go to the pag aand even that it is prefilled, they change it because they think that it is worng, when actually it is not
in Spain "Individual" VS "Business" the translation is "Autonomo" VS "Empresa" and Autonomo in our context has several implications that they don't have
I see, well none of that is customisable as it's our hosted product, if you have feedback on how it's localised or presented it would be best to write a detailed email to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true explaining what you see and references to the implications/example of user confusion etc so we can report the feedback internally
