Okay I just created my helloworld but that was using stripe 1.14.6 and stripe apps 1.5.1

I'll try updating my CLI and plugin and running it.

Okay I've updated my stripe apps plugin

Can you try logging into your account with the CLI first

ok I think I figure out the issue, when I installed the stripe app I used stripe login --interactive to login, and was causing this issue I attempted logging in with just stripe login and now it lets me create apps with not problem
