What docs did support team share with you?
I used the Rocket Rides demo app to play with the interface myself, and the option to change currency only appears after adding multiple bank accounts
But I'm not sure if that's an artifact of the test mode used in the demo app
I believe this is the expected flow, adding a US bank account won't update the currency on the account automatically.

Thanks. I agree that the currency wouldn't be automatically updated, but given that they have a USD bank account already connected, it seems strange to tell them to add a CAD bank account, just so that they can change the default currency to USD.
