Are the subscription created with Stripe? Or is the subscription with Team Up?

If the subscriptions were kept with Team Up, you'd need to re-create them with Stripe for direct subscription payments

OK. I am due to finish with them on the 29th of this month and the payments are initiated via team up on the 28th - will I receive them this month?

They told me that I should still receive payment but will need to arrange for next month

The subscriptions I have set up are due to take on the 29th May. My last day is the 29th of May with Team Up so I wanted to double check that I will receive payment via Stripe?
