In that case, can I stop invoice from subscription and create custom invoice for multiple subscription?

Why can't you add those prices into a single subscription, so that only one invoice will be created?

The use case I have is the end date can be different for a few subscription and invoice has to be generated only for active subscriptions. That is the reason to go for custom invoice.

I'd recommend looking at having a single Subscription (that recurs every month, for example) then add the other items ad-hoc that bill on a separate interval
