But why do I have so many payouts here https://dashboard.stripe.com/payouts ? And only six ones in webhooks section?

In https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks/we_1LzdKKGlp34PnzA8mJtHLtDh, it only listens to the payout events of the connected accounts (Endpoint type is set to Connect).
https://dashboard.stripe.com/payouts are the payouts of platform. Your webhook doesn't set up to listen to payout events for your platform.

You can create a new Webhook endpoint and ensure setting to Listen to events on your account with subscribing to payout.* events

OK, thanks, I figure out the problem: I'm trying to find payout events for account acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF. On webhook I see only six events, but here https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF/payouts I see about 60 payouts. How can it be? Account acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF is connected account.

My payout webhook we_1LzdKKGlp34PnzA8mJtHLtDh is set up for connected accounts. Account acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF is connected account. On webhook page I see only 6 events, but on the payouts page (https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF/payouts) for this account I see about 60 payouts. Events on webhook page match to some of payouts on payouts page, for example, event https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF/events/evt_1NBRgVGa5b8kR6OFEeYEvBqT matches to payout https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1MF2gWGa5b8kR6OF/payouts/po_1NB57WGa5b8kR6OFmOUZCmiT.
But where are other 54 webhook events?

Events are only retained for a certain period of time so perhaps the others have surpassed that threshold: https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-event-retention-period
