Hello! You need to fully populate the configuration, you can't just specify a single parameter and inherit the rest from another configuration.

Got it, thanks! Do you know if we still need to go the custom configuration route if we want proration_behavior set to none for all future subscriptions updates? Or maybe there is a dashboard setting for that?

You should be able to configure your default session configuration in the dashboard and set that option there.

Hey, just out of curiosity, I've seen a lot of questions specifically about setting proration behavior in the Customer Portal today. Way more than usual. Just curious why this question came up for you and what led you here?

Yeah, Dashboard settings are here, and you can find the proration setting under Subscriptions: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal
