the fee is SGD15, if I use that exchange rate it will be 15x1,31083=19,66. While in the dashboard is 17,28.

What i dont understand is, what makes $15 convert into 17.28 in the dashboard?

oh srry my bad, i just realized it's from payment fee + dispute fee
