Do you mean changing a Price?
Yeah it's not possible. You would want to create a new Price with the new currency
Let's try both, with creating new Price on same Product first
im also confused
I am located in EU
if I put the dollar value
i would have to pay the conversion myself from dollar to euro?
so its better to set the euro price?
as thats what I expect to get in the end on my bank account
its confusing because I wanted in the product to say 10 $ / month
as i assume $ is more known across the world
i also searched around
and I wouldn't mind it being 10 euro in europe
or basically be location dependant
The Price here is the currency to be displayed to your customer, called presentment currency. What you receive in Payout is a different topic, is your settlement currency.
We have explanation here for the conversion process
If your account is US and you have an USD bank account, yes
my bank account is EU
im trying to understand what currency to put
it defaults to euro
but I don't think I can put euro if inside the app I say this app costs 10$
I don't know how to do regional pricing
i'm sorry, i don't really understand your question - can you try phrasing it in a way that describes the expected behaviour, and what behaviour you're seeing instead?
so inside the app I have pricing page that looks like this
I am based in EU
so I thought ok if I want to keep it like this
I put the dollar prices on the products I make
but I was wondering if I do it this way I pay some comission or something
because by default stripe defaults it to euro
what do you mean by I put the dollar prices on the products I make?
regardless of what currency you put / use - Stripe charges a fee for every payment made
