Hello! You'll likely want two accounts with one account "connected" to the other (this is what I'm referring to when I say connect -> https://stripe.com/docs/connect/explore-connect-guide)

If you don't need those accounts to be connected in any way you could also just set them as two separate accounts and leave them unconnected

It depends on if these are actually different lines of business - as an example, if you have this all under one account you would be limited to a single set of branding settings that would have to the same across both umbrella businesses
