Cash app isn't available outside the United States, is it possible Stripe can still capture the payment and pay it out to non-US accounts?

Thank you for the IDs, it look these requests are still being made on your US platform account, the destination is a German account. I don't think there are issues with cross border transfers as long as the platform account can receive the funds
