The issue I am facing is:
I am able to trigger stripe events using the Stripe CLI. However, I am not able to see any of those records on the Stripe Webhooks Dashboard

What does "any of those records" mean? Where are you looking? What's missing?

I'm really sorry but this is still 1% of the information I would need to help you as I don't see what you see or what you seem to expect.

Can you try and give me a clear example like "I triggered Event evt_12345 I see it in my CLI but in the Dashboard I expect to see X but I don't"?

Because right now if all you do is use the CLI and trigger and Event, and you have no Test WebhookEndpoint of your own, there's nothing to see there, that's all expected
