No, Smart Retries will retry the same payment, it will not try to adjust the Payment Method that is being used.

Not automatically no, we will not try to charge Payment Methods that we haven't been told to. If you want a flow that retries payments with other Payment Methods belonging to the Customer, then you will need to build that process.
