Hey there, can you share more information about what exactly happens?

ie, are you able to discover/connect to the reader? Are there errors you're seeing? Does this interrupt a payment in progress?

sorry, back again! the issue comes about when the firmware updates start between transactions, there's no error messages, doesn't interrupt during transactions (can happen in between) but right now we can’t control when it updates, so it would be ideal if we could
