Hi there! Thanks for the feedback, I totally see how this can be misleading when working with test mode data retention
There isn't a unique reason that can be used to differentiate between a subscription that was cancelled as part of test mode data retention vs. one that was cancelled by a specific API request
If you're keeping test mode subscriptions around to test for longer term use cases, I recommend exempting these from deletion. This is called out in the support doc you linked
Yeah, I understand that. Mostly would like to know this because depending on whether the subscription was canceled by us or by Stripe we need to perform different cleanup tasks
