Can you try making that request again? I think what happened is that you made that request while the connected account was still in a pending state for the tranfers capability

Now it looks like it's fully enabled, so it should work fine

I'm also setup for webhook events. Which event should i look for before trying to process a payment ?

You should be listening for the account.updated event and checking that capabilities.transfers is active

Yeah I checked the timeline and when you sent that failing request the capability was still pending
