Okay so if you use Custom accounts as at platform you should use Destination Charges, that's the right integration path today

because that is the right charge flow really. You're a platform, you own all liability for refunds and disputes and losses. All transactions should be in your own platform account where you/your support team can look and search at all transactions, handle disputes, Radar configs, etc.
That is the right flow of funds for Custom accounts
