I'm looking for clarification on whether this is still regarding the WooCommerce integration that you're using, because Stripe wasn't involved with building that integration so we aren't familiar with how it is structured or how to troubleshoot it. If you are working with the integration offered by WooCommerce, then I would recommend reaching out to their Support team with questions about it.
