We do not – hypothetically all banks can request 3DS/auth. What are you trying to do?

As i understand, stripe only require 3d secure if bank require 3d secure, right ? . So all bank can requires or only have some specific bank that mandate it?

Yes, the bank will request 3DS/authentication for the payment attempt and then our APIs/UIs facilitate that authentication flow

In theory, 3DS can be requested on any payment. There are SCA exemptions we can request, and optimisations we can make to reduce those requests but ultimately the bank determines if/when they want authentication for the payment
