Hi 👋 I don't really have any suggestions offhand, Stripe's offering are fairly wide at this point, what features/functionality are you wanting to demo?

basic make a payment, initiate payout, explain concepts like charge, balance transaction, payment intent

I know they are all available online, but I dont know how to put them together as one cohesive theme

You know the audience you're speaking to and what you're hoping they get out of it, so I would think you'd be best suited to figure out what you want to present to them. We focus more on helping developers build custom integrations using our APIs, if you run into problems building your demos we can help you work through those errors.
