Hi 👋 no, it is not possible to do this via the API and as far as I know is not possible to do via the dashboard either. You could write your own utility though that ingests a CSV and makes the necessary API requests for you to create those Promotion Codes.

I can definitely understand how being able to do this in bulk could be beneficial though, and will capture that feedback for our teams to consider.

I've heard that there used to exist an option to "import coupons" via CSV

I would suggest following up with who told you that. My teammates and I in this forum focus on helping developers with our APIs, and there is not a way to do a bulk action like you're describing via our API.
