I think I understand what you're asking - the Customer Portal won't show standalone payment Intents, but if you collect those one-time payments as Invoices then yes, those will also be shown in the customer portal

So, I could display the Invoices of an individual users who have made a the one-time payment on the Customer Portal page? And then if they decide to set up reoccurring, they could see both? Appreciate your help.
