I believe it depends on the type of connected accounts you're working with.
If you're using Standard accounts then yeah looking at details_submitted should work.

You can also look at requirements hash to see if there's anything that's still due

Thanks - it's just a "standard" Connect account, so I'll look at the details_submitted 🙂
