With destination charges, the platform is responsible for fees as the funds initially settle on the platform and then is transferred to the connected account

Am I right that in the case where we create two payment intents with amounts $200 and $100 respectively set in the transfer_data property, the merchant will receive $300 on their bank account (let's imagine the transfers created are included in a single payout), and Stripe fees for that payout will be listed in platform payouts as Stripe fee?
