Oh. With custom accounts, all objects should live on the platform account. Destination charges are what's recommended: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges

With Connect, you can create charges on your platform account, take fees, and then transfer remaining funds to your connected accounts.

So the customer objects should be on the platform account

So you shouldn't need to pass stripe account header to create the customer portal session
