I don't fully understand what that could mean. If a payment is "merchant initiated" it usually means the buyer isn't around and you have collected card details already

is there a way or product that we can use so we can send a payment request ?

Ah I see, so in that case you'd build your own payment page that you can email a link to your customer and they can come, see their invoice/order details and press "Pay" or similar and that button would call confirmCardPayment() for example on that existing PaymentIntent with the Customer/PaymentMethod already associated with it
