Likely you're using the wrong api key then
if live products are coming up
You'd need to use the test mode key

My guess is that you might think changing the Live/Test mode switch in the Dashboard changes the API but it's really just a UI change for the Dashboard. The way to choose whether your requests are in Live or Test mode is based on the API key used for that API request.
I don't know Softr and what that is, but if they are a Connect platform that you connected your Stripe account to, then they control your integration and choose whether to make Live or Test API requests

softr is a no code site builder where I can add in my api keys to it.

I have triple checked my test API keys and that is what I have entered.

I'm really sorry but this Discord server is for developers asking questions about their own code they fully control. Here you seem to use a third-party without any access to the code so there's unfortunately not much we can do to help. You should contact Softr directly for help instead

I see this invalid error message under logs in develper tab..
You can’t create a portal session in test mode until you save your customer portal settings in test mode
would that prohibit me from capturing test data if my customer portal settings arent saved?
I'm not a dev,so this all new to me,
