Hi there 👋 you can only pay out to Connected Accounts. If you would like to pay your users, then they will need to onboarded to Stripe via a Connected Account.

Thanks, Toby. I have a followup question on this. Then, during the users' onboarding process to open their account in Stripe, are they required to connect one of their bank account? or is it not required?

Yes, they will need to provide a bank account or debit card for receiving Payouts.
