I need to claim my refund that switchboard free gave me but I can’t find a number to either call stripe or to call another company called link

You should just be able to handle this through switchboard
If they issue the refund you should just be refunded through your original payment method
You shouldn't need to come through Stripe

That's not true
Merchants are responsible for issuing refunds
So you would need to go through whoever you paid

They have refunded me they refunded it back to either my stripe or link account

Oh I thought you were paying with a card or link and they were refunding to your payment method
