20 failed within the last 4 days
(i don't include "expired_card" er "insufficient_funds" failed payments as those use cases are classical and the reason is clear)

I already contact them many times, and each time they send me to the Docs i already read
it's normal to have some rate of declines on payments. If you think your decline rate is unusually high please reach out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true to request a deeper investigation.

I'd suggest trying to escalate further with support then if you're not satisfied with the response so far.
