This is an error message I've got.

#

Your automatic payout scheduled for May 18, 2023 was canceled.
We could not pay out $15.63 USD to your bank account, EVOLVE BANK &TRUST ••••0654 (USD), because it did not meet the minimum for an alternative currency payout. These funds will be added to the next scheduled payout.

Does the request ID matters?

I don't think this is related to an API issue.
