Hello! Which doc are you following? When you say "embedding stripe checkout" are you talking about payment element? checkout sessions? somethign else?

payment elements, its not a separate checkout page

Gotcha - So no, it's totally up to you whether or not you collect the customer's first and last name when using payment element

That's one potential solution if you do want to collect the full address (in addition to the name), but again, not required
