Ok my whole use case is. Two or more custom connected accounts . When a dispute creates. I have a webhook to receive it. Then I need to call stripe to get the payment intent via the id from the webhook payload. So I can the metadata to process dispute

To enable card payments it requires more setup. I need to do the test dispute using stripe card
