I have video of a customer performing a transaction, then after placing an order, rather than being redirected to authenticate with their bank through 3DS they are seeing

a short description that the order was placed and they only now need to verify with their bank.

This is only showing text saying to validate with your bank, not redirecting for that authentication. This has been creating incomplete orders. The customer believes the order is actually placed, but it has not been placed because the authentication was not done and stripe is not capturing the payment as it is incomplete
